ZYGMUNT (ZIGA) WALISEWSKI

Vernissage Gallery presents Igor Markevich’s collection of works on paper by Zygmunt Walisewski from 1913-1920. The collection consists of the drawings that the artist gifted to his friend, famous bibliographer Dimitri Markevich (1898-1966).

These drawings were exhibited in 1957 at the National Museum of Art in Tbilisi and again in 1962 at Krakow museum (part of 350 drawings of Tbilisi period).

40 years later, these works will be on view at Vernissage Gallery starting November 6th and will be on view till November 21st.
