Vakhtang (Vati) Davitashvili

1946- Born in Kvareli on the 5th of January.

1964- Goes to study at the Kiev Aviation school.

1967- Quits the University and starts painting.

1967-68 – Works under the Georgian artist Avto Varazi. Later that year moves to Telavi where he lives until his passing on the 11th of may in 2000.
